• How long does upholstery, carpet, or rug drying take?

  Drying time depends on the temperature, airflow in the room, and how much moisture the material absorbs. Drying can take anywhere from 2 to 36 hours, depending on these factors.

• Will the stains be removed?

  We use chemicals specifically designed for different materials and stains. Most stains can be removed, but unfortunately, not always—especially on mattresses.

• How long does the service take?

  For small orders between 150 and 200 PLN, the cleaning should not take longer than 1.5 hours. For larger services, ask us about the estimated completion time.

• Can you remove odors from furniture if a person or pet has urinated on it?

  Yes, we have chemicals that neutralize unpleasant odors. However, it’s important to note that cat urine odors are not always completely removable.

• Is your work loud?

  Yes, if you require quiet, it's best to schedule the service during a time when you can move to another room or a space separated by at least one door.

• When should I pay for the service?

  Payment is made after the service is completed.

• There is blood on the material, can you remove it?

  In most cases, yes, but blood on mattresses is very difficult to remove completely.

• What do I need to provide for cleaning?

  We need access to hot water and electricity. If you don’t have hot water, let us know. Remove blankets, comforters, etc., from the furniture before we start.

• What can I do to speed up the cleaning process?

  If you’re short on time, move the furniture away from the walls and vacuum it, even if it looks clean. Let the technician know, and you’ll save a few valuable minutes.

• Is drying necessary?

  Yes, drying right after the service allows you to use the furniture sooner. The less time the material stays damp, the less chance for microorganisms to grow.

• How much does professional upholstery, carpet cleaning, or ozonating cost?

  We cannot provide an exact price without seeing the item. Please send us pictures of the items you want cleaned, and we’ll give you an estimate.

• What equipment do you use for cleaning?

  We use equipment from brands like Santoemma, Kärcher, K2, Milwaukee, and professional chemicals from Chemspec and other manufacturers.

• Can I bring my carpet to you for cleaning?

  We only offer cleaning at the client's home or office.

• Is your cleaning company insured for potential damage?

  Yes, in the event of an unfortunate incident, we can cover damages with our insurance.

• Do you use your own cleaning products?

  Yes, we always bring all the necessary cleaning products with us.

• Do I need to be present during the work?

  No, we just need access to water and electricity. You can go about your day while we clean.

• How often should I clean upholstery, mattresses, and carpets?

  These materials are in continuous use, so it's best to clean them once a year.

• When should I use the ozonation service?

  You should consider ozonation when you move into an apartment previously occupied by others, want your furniture thoroughly disinfected, or need to eliminate unpleasant odors or bacteria. For more details on ozonation, refer to the articles we've prepared.
