Chemical Treatment – We apply a cleaning solution to the upholstery, carpet, or rug using a sprayer. The solution’s temperature is selected according to the specific material and type of dirt. If certain stains prove stubborn, we use the appropriate stain removers.

Mechanical Action – During the process, we use vacuum cleaners by Santoemma or Kärcher. These washing vacuums offer an extraction cleaning function. In brief, this means that as soon as water is sprayed under pressure, it’s immediately vacuumed up through a suction nozzle—returning as dirty water extracted from the cleaned material.

Protecting the Floor – As much as possible, we cover the floor; if any spills occur, we wipe them up right away. No need to worry about your floor panels!

Drying Time / Air Drying – In warm summer weather, upholstery or carpets can take anywhere from 2 to 36 hours to dry. In winter, drying times may be longer. If you need faster drying, we also rent out professional dryers. You can also request a fabric-drying service.
